At Lunaria Wings, each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds are eligible if:

• Your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, or
• You receive the wrong item by mistake

To request a refund:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue
• Provide your order number

Once approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Please note:

• We do not accept refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or normal variations in handmade items
• Items must not be worn or used (except to inspect damage)
